About Me
Who Am I?
My name is Elizabeth Perez, but my nickname is Lizzie.
I'm currently a full time student at the University of Maryland, and I'm pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science.
I'm passsionate about programming and game development. I'm also interested in music production, video editing, and traveling.

Education Path
Temple University
I attended Temple University from Fall 2018 to Spring 2019. Here I studied Computer Science and gained work study experience at Temple University's Ginsburg Health Sciences Library.
Montgomery College
I transferred from Temple University to Montgomery College in 2020. I attended classes here from Summer 2020 to Spring 2022. While attending, I gained work experience as a NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) intern and a STEM learning assistant. I also joined the honors society Phi Theta Kappa.
I graduated from Montgomery College in May 2022 with honors and with two degrees and a certificate:
• Computer Science and Technology, Computer Science Area of Concentration A.A.
• Computer Gaming and Simulation A.A.S.
• Computer Gaming and Simulation Certificate
University of Maryland
Finally, I transferred to the University of Maryland, specifically the College of Computer, Mathematical and Natural Sciences. I started attending courses at UMD in the Fall 2022 semester to persue a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Now, I'm going to graduate after this Spring 2024 semester!
